
On the 7th of October CO2Dry has been nominated as finalist in the Accenture Innovation Awards. CO2Dry is competing in the category sustainability with the concept to prolong food shelf life by drying with CO₂. The process ensures premium quality end products, while consuming little energy to dry.
The jury, consisting of professionals specialized in innovation from different industries, decided that CO2Dry is worthy to be in the top five. On the 14th of November CO2Dry will compete against the four other finalists for the Green Tulip, the award for best sustainable innovation. To be chosen from more than 750 concepts is a great honor and proves that professionals from the industry recognize the great potential and sustainable impact of the process.
